Lois Szymanski has spoken in over 100 schools, libraries, reading clubs, and writer's meetings. Szymanski  frequently says, "I can't help but get fired up when I talk to children."

Author presentations start at $400 plus travel expenses. A typical talk is 45 minutes in length, followed by a question and answer session. Autographing may follow, if the venue chooses.
